What to do right now
Knocked-out tooth
Hold it by the crown (not the root), keep it in milk or your cheek, and call us straight away.
Toothache
Rinse with warm water and call us. Avoid placing painkillers directly on the gum.
Broken tooth
Save any pieces, rinse gently, and call us so we can advise and find you a time.
After hours
If you’re in pain outside our opening hours, call the practice and follow the after-hours prompts. For severe swelling, difficulty breathing or swallowing, or significant trauma, go to your nearest hospital emergency department.
We’ll help you claim
We use HICAPS so you can claim on the spot, and we’ll talk you through any costs before we start.
Not sure what your fund covers? Call us and we’ll check it for you.

We do our very best to see emergencies the same day. Call us as early as you can so we can prioritise your visit.
